Welcome to QRX Fintech (“QRX”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website qrxfintech.com, mobile interfaces, APIs, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

QRX is not a bank.
Banking products may be provided by licensed banking partners, NBFCs, or financial institutions.

Your use of partner services may be subject to additional terms from those institutions.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You are accountable for all actions taken through your account

Notify us immediately at hello@qrxfintech.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

  • Fraud or suspected fraud

  • Misuse of Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Regulatory requirements

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for:

  • Money laundering, terrorism financing, illegal gambling

  • Fraud, impersonation, phishing, or exploitation

  • Sale/purchase of prohibited goods or services

  • Violations of RBI, NPCI, FIU-IND, or other regulatory guidelines

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with our systems

We reserve the right to report prohibited activities to authorities.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Platform charges

Fees will be communicated before use and may change with notice.

All invoices must be paid within the specified period.
QRX may suspend or terminate access for unpaid invoices.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with financial institutions, identity verification providers, and payment gateways.

QRX is not responsible for:

  • Failures or delays caused by third-party platforms

  • Downtime or outages of partner services

  • Losses arising due to third-party actions

Use of such services is at your own risk.

7. Data & Privacy

By using the Services, you consent to the:

8. Intellectual Property

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

QRX provides Services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind.

QRX is not liable for:

  • Loss of business revenue

  • Profit loss or data loss

  • Damages from service interruptions

  • Delays or failures caused by external partners

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRX’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QRX, its employees, and partners harmless from claims or damages arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of the Services

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities conducted through your account

13. Termination

QRX may suspend or terminate access:

  • Without notice for fraud or illegal activity

  • With notice for non-compliance or unpaid dues

Upon termination:

  • Your access to Services is revoked

  • Outstanding financial obligations remain payable

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in [City, State], in English, under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
